"I had to laugh at some of these 1 & 2 * reviews and now understand why the standards have changed. It has shifted to appease those who do not understand there is a difference between designer and brand. I am of a darker hue and older. I have been a thrifter and a consignment shopper for almost 50 years and Reddz is one of my go tos. For your FYI consignment is for high end pieces. I myself do not consignment shop to see other's low standard clothing that I would not pay for new. The staff is always accommodating, and you could be getting back what you are giving, if you want conversation find your friends. Please stop bringing your subpar clothing that you or no one wants, I am tired of looking at it and wondering why it is there taking up space and wasting my time sifting though items that ahould be at The Goodwill."

"We stumbled upon Reddz in hopes of finding an outfit for a themed party. We arrived about 10 min before closing and the staff immediately informed us that they were closing soon. 5 min later they informed us again. 5 min later they loudly told us the store was closed. Never asked if we needed help finding anything. When we were forced to check out we were told that nothing can be returned. I bought a dress I will never wear because it doesn’t fit because I was told I couldn’t try it on. The attitudes of the staff are so bad that we won’t return."

"For my very first time in Bethesda, MD Reddz Trading my experience was quite dissatisfying. I scheduled a 4pm appointment in advance to sale clothing items. I arrived at my appointment on time and was told by one of the front desk employees to allow 20 mins to look through items. I arrived with two bags and by 4:07 less than 10 mins I received a call to return. Unfortunately, their policy only takes brand name items. Which is completely fine. Policies are policies. My issue is my bags were not looked at and returning home I realized, my folded items that I folded had not been touched. My clothing contributed of a mixture of brand and off brand items. If I received the proper service, they would have saw my brand name Prada shades, My Nordstrom jeans, and a few others things. Over 6 employees at the store at the time, and mediocre service. I don't appreciate following the procedures to been seen by Reddz Trading just to receive the service I got. Two bags in less than 10 mins the math does not add up. Even to not like the items for the store, my clothes would not have had the proper time to also be folded the way it was given and then given back to me before 4:10 at the latest. Waste of precious time! Moving forward if you decide to sale at Reddz Trading in Bethesda be aware to only bring brand items or put all your name brand items at the very tippy top! You cannot teach people to be genuine, or provide proper service everywhere."

"If you love High Fashion Design clothes or other stuffs, you need to check out this place soon as possible. They have a very small section for the men’s clothes, but if you are lucky you will find something for your own style. Sometime I will find clothes for my Mom. Let me tell you guys this is the place to go. They have a lot of amazing clothes for women. All their clothes are clean and very good condition. This is my favorite place to pick up something amazing for my Mom. The employees are very friendly. The fitting room is always clean. The price is very reasonable. Personally, I will never pay retail clothes from High fashion stores, unless it’s sneakers. If you want to look amazing and save a lot of money. I really recommend you guys to check this place out. For parking I will goto a street down in a parking garage. Don’t worry it’s free for two hours. Trust me, two hours it’s enough time. So let’s grab your shopping bags and start hunting for your own personal style of clothes guys !!!"
