"My first time there I felt racially disrespected as I was attempting to make a purchase for my son for Christmas. He is 36 and I am 62. We were followed around the store until I took a seat bc I have to have knee surgery. I don’t like the quality of their items and feel that they are way overpriced. I allowed my son to know never again will I patronize this chain and if he wants something from me for Christmas it won’t be from here!!! I will not allow them to disrespect me and give them my money as well!!!!!"

Very competent at a bunch of the small things that I really appreciated: - Answered the phone promptly (a rarity amongst the half dozen stores I called) - Rapidly found the item even though it was the last of it's kind - Didn't repeat my credit card number out loud when taking it down for the order, but did repeat less-sensitive data to make sure she had it correctly - Understood just how difficult it was to find this item, and empathized! Overall, I was super impressed by the service this woman just provided. Would strongly recommend."
