"I often find great items whether shooing for myself or searching for gifts. But checkout lines are really slow and seem very old-fashioned where a person rings a single item and places it in a bag one...at...a...time."

"I came here yesterday and bought 1 men’s cologne and 1 women’s perfume set. I spent over $300.00. I was helped by I think about 3-4 workers. They all seemed upset and miserable and it just felt awkward. I get it, it’s the holidays season. But smile a little. Oh, but when they talked to their co-workers behind the counter or when they huddle up in the middle of the floor, they are laughing away and smiling and happy; the complete opposite with the customers. I kinda regret buying these items here but I needed these gifts. I nicely asked if I can use my Klarna…. Automatically said “NO. NOT ANYMORE”… which is not true! But I was feeling too awkward and wanted to get out of there and avoid a problem. Fake your smile or go home."

"I waited so long and patiently behind the couple signing up for Macy’s rewards by the women’s shoes upstairs at 5:30pm today. I waited for almost 20 minutes because the other register was not working. The sales lady up there went to box up the stuff for the couple in front of me in the back. This other Caucasian lady comes up and rings the lady behind me like I was invisible. I was so upset I left the item I was going to purchase and left. Very poor customer service. I spend thousands of dollars here for gifts for me and my friends and family I don’t understand what happened and why I was treated that way. Very disappointing and upsetting. Do better Macy’s team!!!"

"Macy’s is a great place to shop. They always have good selections, sales and discounts and I always enjoy shopping at Macy’s. I recently shopped at Macy’s in Montgomery mall and the experience was great. I was looking for a nice suit for my husband. The sales person Sue at the men’s department was extremely helpful, and she made our experience so much better. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. Because of her I brought my other two family members to get the suits as well. Thank you Sue for your great service!"

"Macy's is having great brands. Also it's in one place where we got all branded clothes. All these is a backstage place where we get discount on the branded stores. Also they have very nice office and college shoes with discounts. Household utensils were also available , comforter, throws etc are also part of the store."
