"I am very happy with the level of service I received both in the store and with customer support. After spending hours, putting together a design for my shirt, I had a very difficult time applying the design to 2 different shirts. I wanted one shirt as a V-neck, and the other one a crewneck. I finally gave up disgusted that I couldn’t figure it out. I let it sit for a while, and then I decided I was going to walk into the store. I was greeted by Adam who sat smiling behind his desk. I had spoken to him earlier and made my appointment to see him. He must’ve spent over an hour going over design, text, layout, color of shirt, and style of shirt. He was able to do what I couldn’t, and I was grateful. I walked out, confident, knowing that everything had been done and that I would have perfect results. A week or so later my T-shirts arrived. I was very excited. Unfortunately, the shirt I had chosen for myself, was too tight. I contacted customer service. The lady I spoke to was very kind and said that those shirts tend to run a little small. She understood why it was tight and that I was unhappy that this was not what I had expected for my 25th anniversary. She told me she would handle it and order me the next size up. I told her about my time frame and she said she would make sure that I would have it in time. My redo shirt came today. It fits! I am so happy. We are leaving in a couple of days and I have everything all set for our 25th anniversary. Not only did customer service redo the shirt for me at no charge but they sent me a discount on my next order. I will be sure to use it when our family of 11 goes on a cruise next year! Thank you Custom Ink for going above and beyond from beginning to end!"

"This store is very useful for finding information about making your own custom tees. They have examples of the different brands and fabrics used inside and the representative can even show you the different types of prints you can apply to these shirts. It will help you make an informed decision if you're very particular about the quality/design of your shirt. The employee even let me try on the different brands in-store and I found a new favorite brand! My only critiques would be that it seems this store is meant for customers that want to buy their shirts in bulk. I was under the impression that I could have a work printed there, but that was wrong- you still need to go through the same shipping process as online. Besides that though, I recommend you check it out if you want to learn more about making your own t shirts."

"My random idea to get shirts for a last minute Hawaii Trip was executed with open arms here by Adam himself!! He was super helpful and walked me through the process with such patience and honestly, love of what he does.
