"First of all almost everyone here is friendly and nice this my second time come here and this time I came with my mom and my wife .we want to buy a baby bed and stroller. We like uppababy stroller and know somethings about it on website . At first the staff who introduced strollers to us was friendly and when we show the online price to him he said they can match the price for us . That’s good . So we decided to buy them here because we want to support physical stores . And then he gave us time to let us think about it then he left. Because My mom is wondering how to switch the car seat onto the stroller so I take a car seat try to show her how it works. Just then that staff is coming back and grab the car seat from my hand with very bad attitude and assembled it rudely in front of us . After he’s done he go away without any words. Just left us there Didn’t gave me time to explain what I thought. I think this may be my fault. I should let him do this for us instead of doing it myself. But he really scare my pregnant wife and my mom . We like physical store because we can touch and feel the stuffs we want to buy . But if the store can not offer friendly service to customers it would be better to leave customer alone and just let them do what they want to do . Because I think all samples here are use for custom for trying and feeling. After that we left quickly . Now we decided to buy it online ."
