They've incorrectly billed my insurance almost every time and charged me randomly for sessions I never had. Then when I make my copays, they don't keep record of them and rebill me years later. They also don't monitor their billing line so you can't call to get things straightened out. I've stopped going just because their billing is so horrible and disorganized."
