"Do not see the Nurse Practitioner and it's nearly impossible to see the REAL doctor. They poorly handled a medical issue, her beside manner is disgraceful, gave me advice that resulted is a more serious medical issue. Had I not decided to seek a new gyno because the wait for their gyno was so long there is no telling where I'd be right now. Bottom line - the location is convenient but their care is not good and they should re visit care standards. Very aloof and could care less"

"Customer service at these VHC groups is very terrible. My mother's prescription is on hold for almost a month because this place does not return the requested information. The provider tells me when they call they are put on hold and never come back. I have been trying to call them and I just get the message that my call is important, but no one answers. I signed for a call back, they call and then put me on hold again with the same message. I haven't been able to speak on the phone anyone in this location. My wife saw a doctor in the hospital location and she had some blood tests done. Something came up according to her other doctor. But no one bothered to call with results or to prescribe a medication. Very upsetting."
