"Best jewelry store I’ve been to. So many options to choose from. They worked with my husband and I to customize a wedding gift band to match my engagement ring. We got both from this store"
"I take vintage jewelry here to get fixed/resized/revisioned all the time and they never disappoint. Highly recommended!"
"Please FO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS at Exquisite Jewelers store at the Fairfax store!!! They are located at the intersection of Braddock Rd. and Twinbrook Rd. We just went through so much stress and intimidation and we wasted the police officers time snd money that we all contribute to. My aunt was scammed and taken advantage of. They sold her silver chain with “stone” that appears of no value. I took it to another jewelry store and he laughed at me when I told him that my aunt paid $140. Besides overcharging her, (the lady that claimed to be the owner) received multiple cash payments a she never provided her with any receipts or any other proof of purchase. We went back to the store, hoping to return the jewelry and/or get the receipt for them. The saleswoman that claimed to own the business, initially refused to accept that the product as theirs. Once I brought my aunt she recognized her, but refused to acknowledge the amount that she sold the jewelry to her. (Their sticker with the price is on the back od the pendant, by the way) Later she claimed that she cant return the items as there isn’t any receipt. Than she acknowledged that she sold the items, but refused to return them without the receipt that she NEVER PROVIDED to begin with. Then she acknowledged that she got cash for the items, but again refused to return them. As I complained, visibly upset and yelling at this point, I told her that I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and write bad reviews and warn everyone in our community, her son-in-law who happened to be at the store jumps in my face, gang-style, and starts intimidating us and literally pushing his face into mine, and later shoving my aunt and telling her that she is ugly!!! I could not believe my eyes and ears! I could not believe that this was happening, both of us in a total shock! The saleswoman proceeds and calls the police because she took my statement to being reported to the BBB as a “threat.” At the same time, as she is calling the police because they refuse to unlock the door and refused to let us leave. They didn’t press the button to let us out, the son-in-law is laughing ironically and provocatively as I am trying to open the door. When I called the police on them for holding us in the store, against our will, he laughs, and tells me that there is a button that you can push (unmarked). I wouldn’t have left anyway, I really wanted to tell the police about the shady business of charging in cash, no receipts and hiding jewelry in the back of the store. This was a horrible experience, for both my aunt, a 67 year senior citizen with limited English, and multiple health issues, who was yelled at and called ugly by them! Ugly out of all things you can tell a customer who is visibly upset. I have never ever experienced something like this, ever! This store and the lady that works there are disgrace. How they handled the whole situation, yelling, screaming, intimidating their customers is an embarrassment to our community, our country, our laws, our values, and everything good about this country; our rights as customers and as humans! I just can’t let anyone experience this humiliation and intimidation. Once I posted this in my local groups, I got to hear from other members from my community with very similar stories and outcomes. Please, be very careful! Stores and business like this don’t have place in our communities. I took couple advices from the police officer and will definitely proceed with BBB."
"Everyone please go to Exquisite Jewelers to enjoy a most charming and entertaining sales lady that will capture your attention with her dazzling smile and showmanship. She is a real treat and so animated that you will enjoy the experience. The lady is Channy Phan and she just moved her shop into the Twin Brook shopping area looking to expand her customer base. I must say that her pricing beats the competition Big Names and she even takes care of the jewelry they send to her for repair. In my case I read the 5 star reviews and visited her shop for a necklace repair to replace the silver chain for an extended one. I was impressed with the replacement a sparkling sterling silver matched chain and the seamless connection to the piece. Great craftsmanship! In my opinion this shop is a must visit to see all its jewelry and the fine gem of a saleslady who gives you a very fair price for what intrigues you including repairs for your jewelry."
"This local jewelry store is a hidden gem. I am a long time Customer and love the variety of services they have to offer. Always great services there and I highly recommend."
