"went there with no appointment around 8:30 pm (close to closing) but they were able to pierce immediately! it was pretty expensive (some extra costs on top of the already pricey earrings) but considering the quality of the earrings (big gold studs) im not upset. the woman who pierced my ears was very friendly and efficient, explained aftercare fully, etc, overall a very good experience! also, an ear care solution is provided as well as instructions for care. mainly im in love with how the earrings look so im very satisfied!!"

"The new assistant manager has reallyyy brought this store back to life! I needed a piercing and she was more then gracious and willing to find the perfect fit of an earring to match my collection. She was so careful and considerate that I loved the placement and the whole process was soo clean! I'll definitely be a returning customer!"

"Piercing experience was fine. Went back a few weeks after initial piercing because the backing fell off and I couldn’t manage to get it back on. Had multiple family members try to get it back on but ended up having to go back to the shop. When I went I was told that they aren’t allowed to put earrings on for customers and are only allowed to do initial piercings. I explained that I wouldn’t have come if I could get it on myself and she told me all she could do was give me a new backing piece. Would suggest going to a place that doesn’t have such obscure rules."

"Terrible customer service. Before I bought a pair of earrings and got my ears pierced, the lady working said the piercings were buy one get one 50% off, and said I could buy them after my transaction of the first ones. Once I payed and got them pierced, when I asked to buy the second pair she wanted me to pay full price, and proceeded to tell me that she never said they were buy one get one 50% off, even though it was on a sign right next to her. She lied and refused to give us the discount. It was nothing professional, they used a piercing gun, not a needle. Also she added more to my transaction without telling me, my total went from $75 to $120 with no notice. She told me that stainless steel was bad for piercings and can cause reactions, and it was supposedly bad since it was "cheap metal". She told me silver was bad, and the best to use was gold plated jewelry. Extremely overpriced, stainless steel studs were $65."

"Took my girls to get their ears pierced. Appointments are required now. Brianna was the lady who served us and she marked the location of the piercing to confirm that was the spot I wanted. She was very gentle with the kids and very professional. A few weeks later we found out one of the earrings had fallen off. We went back to get a replacement that evening, not knowing the hole had closed. We made an appointment to get it repierced. Brianna took care of her and did not charge for it. We are happy customers!"
