"I went in today to exchange a gift that was purchased on Black Friday. The manager told me 1) Black Friday was two months ago - it wasn’t, it was just last month, and 2) I couldn’t return or exchange the item because I am out of the 30 day return window. I purchased on 11/24 as a Christmas gift, today is 12/27, two days after Christmas. The Kendra Scott website says that the return window for purchases from 11/1/23-1/1/24 is until 1/31/24. The manager at the Mosaic store was completely unaware of this holiday return window, and also unaware that December comes right after November. Go to a different location instead. I went to Tyson’s."
