"No show twice for time windows. Then had the audacity to call the owner and say we cancelled on them. Text messages speak volumes and are time stamped so kudos for their ability to not tell the truth. Dave stated technicians can't message clients if they are running late since it's their business policy to not allow any communication between anyone but the client they are on site with. Might be better for their business end to step up and talk for them. Super garbage service. They will lie to save face. Highly do not recommend."

"I have used ASAP Appliance in the past and have been very happy with their service. Today I discovered my dryer was not working and attempted to call and make an appointment. Every time I called I was bumped to an answering service that said the person I was trying to reach was unavailable. I just assumed the line was busy so I kept calling back. Finally, after about an hour, ASAP calls me and says the following, "You have put our number on speed dial and we will not be helping you. You are not the kind of customer we want." I did not put them on speed dial. When I tried to explain that their answering service was giving me this message he said, "No. I don't want to hear your explanation. You are not the kind of customer we want." ASAP Appliance, you are not the kind of service provider that I want. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service."

"They came out and did a diagnostic for my refrigerator because it was not cooling. The gentleman that showed up was professional. When I received the estimate for repair it was $300 dollars just to remove 7 screws and a couple of panels to replace a bad fan motor. So I ordered the fan for $75.00 dollars and did it myself. Then today I call about another issue with my refrigerator and they told me because I did not do the over priced fan motor replacement I need to find someone else. That is just bad business. They just lost my business and everyone else that I would have recommended to them."

"They were assigned through Choice Home Warranty to repair my microwave door. I called the tech to reschedule because the auto generate appt time did not work for me. He told me he would let me know if my requested time would work. He never got back to me and showed up while I was at work on the auto generated date/time that I already told him did not work for me. The tech said he forgot which house it was he was trying to reschedule with...even though I sent him multiple texts following up that he never responded to. He promised he would let me know by the end of the day if the time I requested would work. That didn't happen either. The day of the requested appointment came and went and he never showed up and again never returned any communication to follow up. Pretty much par for the course when dealing with a home warranty. Send the least competent vendor who couldn't care less."

"My tennant called me about their fridge not cooling well. I called ASAP late in the day and they had someone out by the next morning. I think that is fairly prompt service. The tech called me when he was done and explained the whole problem. He was polite and professional and well spoken. The scheduler was also very nice and thorough with follow-up. I will definitely use them again for other appliance needs."
