"Very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful. I came to buy a pair of inexpensive work boots because I thought I left mine at home. I live 1.5 hours away. I got to my vehicle with my new boots and saw my boots in the back. I had to return the boots right away, and they were very kind to me."

"I was trying to buy underwear and the sales associate open the glass protecting door to give me a package, but then I was approached by the same associate with another one and they asked me to give them my product and they will take it to the register, I asked why ? and they told me is policy and they just follow the rules and policy directed by their managers and loss prevention, I had 2 more items with all intentions to purchase the items plus my wife had a shampoo bottle that she like it as well. I understand locking the product is part of their strategy to prevent loss due to a high volume of shoplifting, but to this made me very uncomfortable and I felt insulted because they could not gave me a better explanation than saying is policy The store does not have a sign with this policy of asking to take the merchandise from clients and I asked if there was one in writing for clients and the associates ladies said not and they are just following orders, but can even explain I recommended them to advise to their management team to have a sign for clients because it makes me feel stereotype as a thief, I proceed to go over the register but I was so upset and left the shampoo on top of one of their counter by the register and return to the men's department and call the lady very politely and gave her the merchandise back I also suggested to her to speak to her management team about putting signs and trained them to speak to the clients during the moment of selection the merchandise and and don't wait until after to ask to bring it all to the register. I was so embarrassed and I am not looking forward to spend any money on this store. Walmart Store Woodbridge VA next to Potomac Mills mall. this happened on 12/3/23 between 930pm and 1030pm."

"It's not a huge Walmart but does the job. Garden dept didn't seem to know much but we're very nice. Got my son's Mario cupcake cake here and it turned out perfect!"

"I visited this Walmart location looking for seeds and implements for gardening and germination. I was surprised by the amount and variety of related products. Well organized. The cashier , a young lady, was very polite. I recommend it."
