"Don't always have a great selection. I hate the registration process to get my military discount. Good for some hardware things, but I have better luck at Home Depot and Amazon."

"Two weeks before Christmas, they had many holiday decorations (lighted yard figurines) on display, but only a very few were actually available to purchase. Time to sell the displays or remove the ones out-of-stock, folks. Don't waste the customers' time looking for something they can't purchase."

"My husband and I came in to order tile for our shower and floor remodel. Marissa in flooring who helped us was excellent. She showed us the products and explain everything when we had questions. We loved it that she double checked her work. The supervisor was very nice and when we needed her help. We are very pleased with the service we got and will definitely come back again."

"Came to Lowe’s to get some fans and some electrical stuff, closet centers and other household stuff. The staff was helpful with helping me find something’s I couldn’t find. I need to have some closet doors put in so they are going to come out and measure and get me some doors. I love Lowe’s it’s usually pretty clean. This one is a little messy but I loved seeing all the kids working with the little hammers banging away while eating popcorn. I think they have the best prices for dishwashers as well, the only thing that I think is weird is you now have to sign up for military discount instead of just showing your ID we have been out of the country try for four years so I guess that’s when things changed. I did try to figure out how to do it on their website but I am not sure what is going on with it. I’ll be back Lowe’s."

"Went in for lighting fixtures hoping Lowe’s had a different selection than my favorite store. Unfortunately it did not. I was surprised because Lowe’s is usually cleaner and better stocked, with a selection of same quality but at a much higher price of course. This Lowe’s lighting fixture boxes were dusty, but not just dusty, moving one got my coat and pants recognizably dirty (cold day out). This is usually not the case at a Lowe’s."
