"Went in today to get a couple of items, was denied which was a first for me. Never heard of anyone ever being denied at RAC and have had family members work for the company. I left because she said she could approve me if I paid more. Immediately no. Get home to see in my email that a rental agreement was prepared and sent to me for signature, although I was declined. When I called I was told that was because they decided to extend the offer for me if I was willing to pay more but not to worry because that rental agreement was voided already. Avoid this place it is very sketchy business with sketchy business practices. Go to Aaron’s right up the street I was treated much better there."

My fiance rented a gaming laptop about a year ago ge ended up getting arrested in savannah Georgia from lies she is saying that it was his responsibility the laptop gotten stolen from a family member of mine and they took it back to the state of Indiana Lucy pinged the laptop at the address 2545 middle Patton park road martinsville Indiana the person whom has it is named michele simmons she accused my fiance of selling the laptop etc"

"AVOID THIS PLACE. Receptionist is lacking training with customer service and knowledge in the field she is working in. Management doesn't want to speak on the phone with clients. Issues with scheduling and trying to make deliveries work. They lie and don't take accountability for the mistakes they make. Aaron's down the road will get you a better deal and less headache."
