"I took my puppy to get groomed. They did a good job, however, they nicked his ear. Upon removing the hair out of his ears it caused him to get an ear infection. After his grooming my dog did not act the same. They are also way over priced!! I WILL NOT recommend anyone to take their dog there."

"They are the best! There is no waiting at this groomer. They take the dogs back immediately, and give you a courtesy call when they’re almost done. They are also incredibly kind to both my nervous Shih Tzu, and me. I went somewhere else once in the last three years. The place was closer to my house and someone gave me a coupon for it, but I had a horrible experience with the wait time, general cleanliness, and the cut. I went right back to Karen’s, and will not switch again!"
