"People working the pharmacy usually have a bothered look on their face and their non-verbals clearly show they'd rather be anywhere else. If asked a question, they have a tone that sounds irritated. They close the drive-thu because they are "under staffed". Yet you walk in and 4 people are working the pharmacy. How come other CVS locations can run a drive thru and the counter with one person working back there? New management is needed at this one."

"They consistently mess up my prescriptions. I tell them every time I pick up one prescription that I do not want it on auto refill because it refills too often. Every single month I then get 10 texts demanding I come pick it up. Call the pharmacy, explain the situation, they return the refill, rinse and repeat. The pharmacists at least are always helpful and fix it but I have no idea what’s going on back there. The last time, the pharmacist even said my prescription wasn’t due for refill and she didn’t know why somebody filled it. Like, what?! Also, the generics they give me have gotten less and less similar to my actual medication. Very frustrating experiences here."

"0 stars if i could. Absolutely awful service. Both my husband and I on 2 separate occasions were treated poorly by Bendita Bakarr. She told my husband she couldn’t fill our 10 month olds prescription and to take it up with our insurance because it was refill too soon (per the CVS app and our insurance company, it was ready to refill). I called and was told that they sent my husband home with the prescription but my husband didn’t have it. I went in & was told the same. That it was too soon to fill but that she put in an override and sent it with him. I asked her to check one last time and she said “I have it. they confused your sons script with another patient” no apologies or anything. Then when I asked why she had to enter an override when it was due for a refill & the insurance said no override was needed, she said “I don’t have an answer for you. I have no reason to lie so take it up with your insurance company” I informed her that I am a former CPhT at CVS and currently work for a health Insurance company, so I’m well aware that there are reject codes and messages that populate and I just want to know what the reject code was so that I could handle it with our insurance. She said “I’m not going to keep repeating myself over again so call your insurance company or call 1800CVS to complain” I asked her her name and she slammed the drive thru window shut. I could see her yelling and waving her hands to another employee. I hit the call button and technician opened the window, handed me a piece of paper with the pharmacists name on it, and shut it. They had me in tears by the time I left. I don’t feel confident that the medication was filled correctly for my 10 month old. I was trying to be respectful, since I do work in the industry, and in return she was unprofessional, unfriendly, disrespectful, and held no accountability for the mistakes/mix up she made regarding my baby’s prescription. She is the sole reason we are leaving CVS."
