"So Dollar Tree, you obviously have racist employees working at your establishment and from reading previous comments you have more than one employed there. One cash register is open and EVERYONE is on one line; Shannon, a Caucasian employee who is not thin, comes and opens up register 1. Shannon the Employee announces, “I’m open” and asks for the next person on line. A white female customer proceeded to go to her register; my husband moves up to the spot that the female customer just vacated to wait to be helped next. When the customer was finished at Shannon’s register, my husband proceeded to her register and Shannon said, “Sir, there is a line you have to wait in line.” He told her that he was in line. Shannon proceeded to tell him that the white female customer that is standing behind him was next and he wasn’t next. So the white customer behind my husband chuckled and said to my husband, “ maybe you should have waited.” The funny thing is that the white customer behind my husband knew that she wasn’t next. My husband returned to the line to wait to be called since Shannon insisted that he was not next. In the interim, 4 more white customers walked up to Shannon’s line without standing on the one line and she proceeded to ring them up and not once did she instruct them that there’s a line and that they had to get on it. My husband was STANDING in line waiting his turn; he did not jump in front of anyone. Don’t worry we don’t need to shop here that badly; we will gladly drive to Target and any other store that knows how to treat their customers fairly. Maybe train your employees on how to treat all customers equally; based on previous reviews this is not the first time nor will it be the last."
"I would love to give my neighborhood dollar tree more stars but I can not!!! There is a nasty, nasty attitude obese cashier that looks like a lady but really is a man with curly hair that has the worst attitude towards people of color because I live in the area I am able to witness his behavior on Many of occasions where he refuses to greet them only!!!! But goes out of his way to greet the Caucasian customers you should treat all people the same, everyone's money spends the same. He is always texting on his phone at the register and refuses to put it down even when your transaction is done! He is upset with how he looks and takes his attitude out on the customers!! I am finally contacting corporate about his behavior it's unnecessary and uncalled for. Every other employee is personalable and fair to all customers except him!!!"
"My friend and her 2 children were visiting. We were able to quickly put together two baskets of items to keep her young kids occupied as a surprise for when they got back to our house that day. Bubbles, coloring books, puzzles, crayons, etc."
"Management never wants to work she wonders arouythe store when a line is all the way down an isle with one person on register. Today i go in huge line down the isle they want one person at a time at the resister. I walk In seeing this line another cashier jump's on a register and starts screaming at an older woman that she needs to go back in the single line down the isle. The woman seemed upset and states I don't know why that cashier doesn't like me. I finished shopping get in line that same cashier is still yelling and then is screaming at that same customer. Another customer and myself are now beyond frustrated with the cashier's demeanor towards the customer we now confront the cashier that she has no right treating customers they way she is. I asked her name I think it was robin and I told her she is way out of line and I don't know this is disgusting customer service! she had nothing to say she just had an I don't care attitude and would scream next for the next person from the line to go to the register. Obviously we as customers were bothering her and annoying her meanwhile the manager walked around the store and acted like nothing was happening didn't even try to speak to the cashier. This place is a disaster and and the most unprofessional unpleasant place to shop!!!!"
"A below average dollar store in terms of selection, checkout, and customer service. There always seems to be a line no matter what time of the day you go. Instead of spreading out people for each checkout lane, they want one long line down the aisle. This store would really benefit if they had a self checkout like other dollar trees I’ve seen. The cashiers are super slow and love to chit chat slowing down the checkout. Item selection is few too compared with other stores. I’d avoid this dollar tree unless you really need to go here."
