"My usual kennel cancelled my dogs boarding half hour prior to our drop-off time for vacation. It was a legit emergency for them, however put us in a panic. After calling multiple recommended kennels Petsmart was able to accommodate us within 1 hour. Drop-off was fast and easy and what put me at ease was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. My dog has had minimal interaction with other dogs so we were super nervous. He was boarded in group so he was able to interact with other dogs during the day. I'm so thankful they were able to save us last minute and they will be our go to here on out. And I can't reiterate enough how friendly the staff was and invested they were with our pet. Thank you!!"

"We had gone to Pet Smart to purchase betta fish for our three young sons.. our first trip we were unaware that we had to have the tanks and have them set up for a week or so first. So tonight we returned to purchase our fish! April was so helpful and knowledgeable with what we needed to keep our new guys happy and healthy. We had got a few water additives she said we didn’t need and could still return even if already opened. She was very nice to our three excited boys and answered my many questions. Overall we had a wonderful experience and left with three happy boys and happy fish! We also have two puppies and every time I go to pick up their food or treats the people working the checkout ALWAYS look through their coupon books to help me save a few extra dollars.. it’s really something that makes you feel like they care that you are shopping there.. something you don’t see a lot of these days.. so thank you Marlton Pet Smart for your wonderful customer service!!!"
