"I’m very confused. Why don’t they have inventory for back to school? I don’t understand why this is the only vendor that service the school yet never have inventory. I went a month ago and the same issue so I have come to the conclusion that they want to do orders to avoid having left over items. I asked what is the issue, you know school is coming and I was informed, THEY created the wrong logo…As a consequence the business decides to ship and put the cost on customers. It’s disgusting. It’s no way, I’m paying $11 to ship a $11 gym shirt. Maybe it’s time for us parents to speak with the PTO about changing vendors. We pay way too much money for this service. I do not have this issue with the middle school vendor at all. Oh, and there is no attempt to just order more inventory, they want the orders. Just order more inventory and have them in store. If it takes 14 days to ship why not just get additional inventory. I don’t care if this is a family business, it’s an inconvenience to the consumer who have no other options. I think it’s time for a change."

"Once again they are not prepared for back to school. They have become the primary uniform supplier in the DMV area but do not have inventory to keep up. They aren’t allowing pick up in store and delivery is required BUT the shipping cost is passed to the customer…I should NOT have to pay because you’re not prepared! School need to STOP using them"

"Went to the Lanham location at 5pm and the location was not busy. We were greeted immediately and taken to the try on rack. The associates (Randy, Karma, and Hayden) were excellent and really made the experience pleasant. They also provided helpful suggestions."

It's like a well oiled machine from the time you walk in the door until the time you exit the store. They have uniforms ready to buy, you don't have to order and wait weeks to pick up your items.
