Nike Unite - Glenarden

"Most of the staff were great. Shopped here a couple of times until I encountered the rude short haired older manager working at the return/exchange counter. Did not want to assist me. Gave me an attitude when I tried to do a return. Said it was too early for her to help me (It was almost noon). Told her I might exchange some of it, told me to go pick something out. When I started to walk back to the counter, saw her run to the backroom. Another associate approached me to tell me to head to the main register for my exchange. Pretty sure she was instructed to tell me by the manager thru her walkie talkie. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning to this location"

"8/28/2023 12:15pm ZERO effort from the staff at this store. I was not greeted or helped at all while in the store. I tried on multiple pairs of shoes and browsed the aisle for about 30 minutes. I ask a young Latina girl for help looking up a specific size for me. She was not happy about doing some work. Does not utter a word to me. I ask her so can she check the size yes or no? I get in line to buy 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of pants. Only one register is open and the customer decides to open a Nike account which takes a long time. Manager and another employee are at the registers but are busy dancing to the music. I finally leave my stuff on the counter and leave without purchasing anything."
