"THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. This woman has given me the run around for OVER A YEAR!. I never thought i would have to go as far as i have to even get a refund back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN. First off my first product was bought in July of 2016. I got it in August 2016 and the paint was chipping everywhere, no top coat was put on the shoes so i contacted her. THAT was hell by itself. NEVER was able to get a hold of her so i had to track her down VIA SOCIAL MEDIA. Got a hold of her to send her photos, and she said it was her "assistants" fault. Fine okay now lets fix this issue. I sent the first product back did not think to get a tracking on them. She received them...i got them back MARCH 2017!. Not only were they just as bad....she claimed it was a brand new shoe done, but the same spots were missing paint, no top coat, color was faded like it had been sitting as long as i was just waiting for them, oh and the best part ya'll, NO SHOE STRINGS THIS TIME. Nor were they given to me in a box i sent my shoes to her in. They were just thrown in a regular shipping bag to just add more damage. I contemplated on what to really do. They were so bad i just was going to give them to good will and take that loss. WELL thanks to people in my life they told me demand your refund. Now i know on her weblink on ETSY where mine were ordered she said no refunds unless something was wrong DUE TO HER OWN FAULT. So clearly this was a HER FAULT for an issue. I messaged her via IG because well thats clearly how she messages back. Not by her provided email or work number. So she says she will provide a refund back in March, and that who i was emailing, and texting on her work phone was her assistant. When i sent the shoes back this time i made sure to get a signature REQUIRED and a tracking number. Those shoes had been signed for, for weeks and still didn't hear from her. Finally she stats she "remembered she provided a refund back in October" and i needed to check my bank. DOES THAT EVEN MAKE ANY DARN SENSE. How the hell was a so called refund provided in October when it was NEVER discussed, let alone you wouldn't still provide a whole so called brand new product that costs almost 200$ for free. Fast forward she gives me my refund jJesus finally after over a year of a BAD product in march, and has the nerve to wait almost 3 months later to file a fake dispute, so they take the money back out my account, with her bank. If this ain't a funny darn horror movie y'all i don't even know what to say. When i contacted her she said she didn't contact her bank etc. Most people would freak out thinking they money being compromised then, and contacting they bank, and the customer who is also now missing money, SOMETHING. After i told her what i saw, and got a notice about. THAT WAS ALL SHE SAID WAS " i did not contact cash app since the day the refund was provided" Cash is the app she had to use to provide my refund, because it was OVER 90 days to even find my transaction on ETSY. GIRL now we both know a bank don't just answer certain protocol questions for you. You have to call provide dates, what amounts your suspicious about, etc that you are trying to dispute, but hey it could be her fake assistant she said she had to fire because she was making mistakes, but yet SHE THE ONE you cant get a hold of. I RECOMMEND not buying a damn thing from her. THAT IS ALL."
