"Drove for 30 minutes, just to be sent to Laurel, worker told me they had my size, went to the back and came right back out. Couldn’t even check on his computer to check Laurel stock or even call them for me, worst customer service ever, while I was there he sent another customer to Laurel too, whole time he was on his phone didn’t even greet us or asked if I needed help. First redwing experience, horrible. I don’t know how people get jobs and can’t even do the minimal of what the job requieres you to do."

"Worst customer service,I went in today and there was black lady that was really rude and was not helping me at all she was just staring at me I think it was because I’m Hispanic and maybe that’s the reason why she was really rude and not helpful at all they sell really good boots but if you are Hispanic they would treat you really bad this store is really racist and that’s really sad because they do have good quality boots I hope they can find a other employee that would actually do their job and care about customer service"

"They have great boats. But I didn't buy anything because customer service is the worst. I was in the store for about 10 minutes. and the person that works there just look at me and continue watching his movie on his phone. very disappointing."

I was literally walking into the store when she told me that she was going to close the store for five minutes because she needed a break. However, since I entered to the store, she was talking on the phone with another lady. Apparently it's more important to her to be talking on the phone than to help the customers. she even told me to get out of the store because she was busy doing nothing. I will never go back to this store. lousy customer service. I do not understand how this lady got hired with the terrible attitude that she has."
