"We scheduled our dog to be groomed here several weeks in advance, and the day of the appointment we got multiple phone calls from an employee trying to cancel/reschedule us. I received a voicemail at 8:30am letting me know there was an opening earlier in the day than my scheduled appointment (3pm). I listened to the voicemail and did not call back because I didn’t wish to reschedule. They called back again multiple more times and continued leaving voicemails. I finally returned their call and was again asked if I wanted to reschedule for earlier in the day or even the following day. I said I was unable to accommodate that because I am a stay at home mom and have to wait for my husband to be off work for us to take the dog to an appointment. They understood and hung up the phone. Insanely enough I received yet another call not even 10 minutes later, and was AGAIN asked if I wanted to move the appointment to next week. I said this is crazy, just cancel the appointment and don’t worry about rescheduling. She responded with a book of reasonings, explaining that she was only trying to move our appointment because they had a large gap in their day today. I understand people have lives and don’t want to stay at work longer than they have to… but your clientele has lives too, and I don’t feel it’s very professional to insist multiple times that a client reschedules purely because you want to go home early. It’s a shame it couldn’t work out here, we love supporting local businesses over large chains— but with this kind of hassle it wasn’t worth it. I understand things come up but if that were the case, I think it could’ve been more professionally communicated than 10 phone calls persuading me to change my appt without any explanation until I was ready to cancel it altogether without rescheduling."

We reviewed what I wanted done and she offered some great suggestions. His beautiful fur is trimmed to perfection. His nails and paws look awesome! He smells amazing and looks amazing. "I took 3 puppies in there today and the ladies were WONDERFUL with them!! They didn’t seem over whelmed or anything! I received pictures during the process and they looked like they were have a great time!! The facility was very clean and the women were so nice and gentle with the puppies. I recommend this place a million times over!!"
