"I had gone to the other Saxonburg groomer and was never happy. I have a field spaniel mix and a shih tzu. I got them back with mats and most recently for the price I paid? She simply “thatched” my spaniel and didn’t even cut his hair. The groomer of this business was lovely from the word go! So pleasant and friendly. I can honestly say, with Covid, my dogs were a mess. THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN GROOMED BETTER! Their ears, toenails, and fur is flawless! And she was cheaper then the “other”! Clearly her experience is unmatched in this town! Love, love, love! We will be repeat patrons of this lovely business!"

"I want to her on the rating and she was able to get my dog in. I was not able to pick her up but when I seen her I was in shock. My dog is a westie. I asked if she knew how to do one ! Pointed out didn't want her shaved. My dog had no hair when she came back. Back, face, head in plain simple word she shaved all her hair off. Westie look has hair its part of their look. Never go again unless you want your dog shaved."

"We love this groomer! She always does such a nice job and is so sweet with our little dog. Our puppy is a little nervous around people she doesn’t see often, but this isn’t the case with Donna. Our dog loves her! Couldn’t ask for a better person to groom our dog!"

"At first I was going to go with two stars, but I actually think our boy's cut got worse on the drive home. Nice lady, but she had no idea what she was doing. Not sure if it was because of his breed or not, but he is TERRIBLY uneven (visibly so even to my own amateur eye), his face is a sad chop job, and I'm not convinced she gave him a decent bath because I still feel that dander/gritty feeling when I pet him that he only has when he needs a good groom. And worse, he was not completely dried. I just keep telling our pup it will grow back and we will NOT use this groomer again."
