"Awful people. My mother has speech difficulties and went to these people to groom her service dog. The people did not finish the cut and kept him locked in a cage for over an hour even though she specifically told them to call her and was just outside. They then demanded my mom pay full price and laughed at her for having trouble talking! OUR DOG LOOKS LIKE I CUT HIS HAIR."
