Reviews
"The delivery drivers needs to pay closer attention to house numbers and addresses. I am tired of having my packages dropped off at my neighbors house."
"Shipment exception/weather delay is more than 39 days long. What's wrong with Fedex (Martinsburg, WV)?"
"You can bet the farm that if you receive a message your package is on the truck it will be delivered TODAY it wont be!! Customer service will put you through the loop over the phone and leave you frustrated. 13 years of dealing with this incompetence. every other carrier delivers on time or earlier then stated."
"My package has been sitting at this facility in Martinsburg, WV and I was told it is due to storms across the country when I contacted FedEx. But when I read other reviews, it seems it must be storming all the time with this facility as every review is basically a comment on how slow they are at this facility!"
"I don't usually dog on companies like this, but WOW. I am truly astounded by the lack of speed, accountability, and care of this company. Where do I begin? FedEx recieved my shipment on 6/27, with a scheduled delivery on 7/1. The 1st came and passed, while the delivery date was pushed up to the 6th. Meanwhile, tracking decided to go MIA from 6/30 - 7/5. Absolutely no updates. It finally arrived in my area the night before the scheduled delivery. Here we are on what I thought was delivery day, and they've moved the date up yet another day. But hey, at least it's not technically "late", right? (BLATANT SARCASM) Now if that wasn't enough, it seems they've designed they're customer service line to connect you to a real person only as a last resort. Any time I would get through to a real person, they'd tell me something different every time. Like how is this acceptable to them as a company? Absolutely worst shipping experience of my life."
