"Every single thing you order, they’ll tell you they don’t have it right now or “that machine isn’t working”. And they’ll do that for days on end. When tf will it be working then?"

"Drive through very often only helps 1 lane for some reason. Can be quite frustrating when in the wrong lane and are there for over 10 minutes. Rude personal and perhaps the slowest MacDonald's I've ever been to."

"The after midnight drive through crew is very rude. they tell me that I'm unable to order off of the menu that's listed, but they won't switch it over to breakfast even though on the app itself says that it's still serving dinner. When we came around to pay the girl at the drive through window gave us nasty looks. But we were struggling to order because there's no menu for breakfast. They have yet to get my order correct In multiple times have not given me the full order that I have asked for. I'll be avoiding this location like the plague from now on."

"I got a frozen coke slush from this location on Monday, 9/18, and it was disgusting. It tasted like a moldy sponge. Had to throw it out. Decided to come back on Wednesday, 9/20, and try again, but same exact disgusting flavor. But wait, it’s worse. I found a long, black human hair in my burger (I’m blond) that I also had to throw out along with the drink on the most recent trip. It’s clear to me that they’re not paying attention to what they’re doing or cleaning the machines. I’ve had a lot of frozen drinks in my day but never one that tasted like licking a sink sponge?? And to find a hair in my burger, too, like a sign from the almighty never to come back."

"This is apparently "the McDonald's standard" of a hot fudge sundae here. Very poor service! They want to argue with you about the food quality, claiming this is how it should be. I've never in my life gotten a sundae looking like these.Not only are prices going up an insane amount, but they don't give you what you order either after long wait in the drive thru. Such a shame! I'm never going back to this location again!"
