"Tried to do some returns at this location. One man at a station would scan your shipping label for free, the other chose to make you go to the back of the line, log into a computer for $3 plus .45c per label. Logging in requires a lot especially those who are not tech savvy. Sensory over load between the blasting music, snarky lack of customer series."

"Why is there only one UPS store for all of Martinsburg? Yes there are these little satellite shops in other stores all over town but I have a feeling you have to track people down to help you so ive not tried any as of today. Might be easier too though to be fair. Today I went to this UPS at 11am on a monday and they were PACKED, however the line moved fast! I previously gave a low review based on past experience with a long wait, nothing to do with the employees (theyve always been great) its just this town has grown so much, we need more then 1 of anything. Several times I've been here with a line ahead and they always move thru pretty quick though. Once in awhile you'll have a bit of wait but not often. Have all your stuff ready, screen shot your QRcodes for Amazon returns (so its all in one easy to pull up spot), pre fill out labels etc and you won't cause a unnecessary wait for yourself or others. The people here are plesant and professional, move with attention to efficiency. Never had a single issue with anything ive mailed here. Still wish they would put another store in on the far side of town to cut back the rushhour and xmas people pile ups."

"Super friendly and super fast. I had 4 returns and was in the store less than 5 minutes. While I was there, they processed at least 5 customers within the 5 minute time period. AWESOME SERVICE!!!!"

"Get there early. Arrived at 4:20 on a Monday and the line was out the door. The line did move fast. They also have a computer to print what you need for a few bucks."
