"If you work here make sure you go thru temp agency or else you will have mandatory overtime every single weekend and only be paid $14 - temps get almost $19 They’ll say it’s because they pay for your benefits but you won’t get those until after 2 months Not a horrible place but I wish I knew to go thru the staffing agency - very disorganized and sometimes perilous"
"Worked there for lil over a month loved my job. Downfall, i was not trained properly and fully informed of what to do with all the different types of bags and told by the person training me not to worry about it. Didn't make my required numbers after a month and was told by the agency i went through to get the job they did not want me to return. The woman training the group i came in with worked with us less than an hour never came back to check on us or finish fully training us. But the first day a Monday of my second week i was asked to train new temps without knowing exactly what to do myself with any of the bags other than the #1 bags. I was actually upset about this situation because i really liked my job. It's no wonder they go through so many employees here at the Martinsburg warehouse."
