"Posted hours are irrelevant. I stopped by mid-day and there were no staff there and no indication if or when they would be back. They’re located in the Nordstrom but the Nordstrom staff have no information about it including if the staff would return at all today."

"I had my suit fitted at the Georgetown location, but they didn’t have any available appointments for it to be adjusted when it showed up at my house and didn’t fit. They took measurements and sent me on my way. A week later I went to pick it up and it felt like they had done nothing. I’m confident they adjusted the pants, but didn’t touch the jacket as it didn’t fit in all the same ways. I waited around for the Indochino rep to show up, but he was MIA for 25 minutes. The other Nordstrom employees couldn’t call him, so I wasted two trips out to this mall and ended up at square 1. I made an appointment back in Georgetown, but have already will have wasted 3 weeks by the time I can go there and got this suit for a job I started last week. Please don’t waste your time at this location and go to a spot where there’s more than one employee who is accountable for actually being there."

"This location does not have the materials to take measurements for women's suits. I couldn't find this information anywhere online and was not told this when I asked over the phone or during the measurement session. What they do is take a men's suit and try to tailor it to the woman's body. The suit still has the buttons on the side indicating it is a men's suit, and the fit out of the box is strange as the bust measurements are all wrong. I haven't had it tailored so I cannot comment on final results, though they cannot change the button location. I recommend going to one of the other locations for women's suits. Otherwise, the associate that helped me was lovely and very careful in taking measurements. He was sure to double check important measurements that would be harder to correct during adjustments later. I appreciate the friendly nature of the associates, but regret no one told me or double checked that I was okay with receiving a men's suit, especially since I had ordered a woman's suit online and am very clearly a woman."

"The posted hours are not accurate. I was told by one of the Nordstrom employees that the Indochino staff are only there when they have appointments, so definitely call ahead if you don't have one. Their tailor was fine, but I had to push him to make any changes. You are better off going to a different Indochino location."

"This was the worst purchasing and fitting experience I've ever had. 1. This location is difficult to find in the Nordstrom. There are no visible signs and some employees couldn't even point me in the right direction. 2. The staff that did my fitting asked no questions about what I actually wanted. He assumed I already made up my mind and didn't show me any options, just pointed me to their fabric wall and told me to take a look. When I asked to reschedule an appointment, their staff told me they could do it. But when I came in the next day, there was no record of me having an appointment. 3. The actual measuring was completely off. When my order finally arrived, the pants were ~3 sizes too large. Too much extra room around the waist and the pant legs were way too wide around my thighs and calves. My dress shirts were too long around the shoulders and sleeves. What is the point of coming in for the measurement to be that inaccurate? In total I spent 3 times driving to this location - once for the measurement, once for a final fit but the staff couldn't process a refund, and once to try again at a refund. Luckily I was able to return the pants, but they were unable to help me with the shirt because I ordered them online. This means I'll have to drive a 4th time to a store just to fix an order they inaccurately measured. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else."
