"I must say my family's experience was very disappointing. My cousin came from Ethiopia to purchase a suit from this location. At first customer service was wonderful. The unfortunate part is when traveling back my cousin lost his suit in the airport. Which he took blame for but wanted and loved that suit sooooo much that he purchased it through me to ship it for his wedding day. The second suit, they did not have the 42R that but since my cousin is tall we settled for 42L only to send it to him to find candle stains on it. Now the problem is I was puzzled when it took them very long time to find the 42L but NEVER did I think that Hugo Boss will give us used suit. Ob too of that it was the same sales person ( Sam) who sold both suits. Very shameful. Now he has to get yet a third suit for his special day. As this is such low business for Hugo Boss knowing that the customer lives abroad to take this kind of advantage is unspeakable."
