"I took my granddaughter here and she bought two sets of barrettes, one in the photo and another set which came up with a discount for buying two. The minute we got home she put in the little triangular Barrette in her hair. The triangle came detached immediately. So, next day, I took back to get a replacement. I found another set and the triangle fell off of it immediately. So now I know these barrettes are defective. Regardless I got another one and took it up to swap the bad ones out. They told me I needed to pay $2.00 more because I only brought the one set back. I said that’s crazy. It’s a swap for the same barrettes. Nope…they can’t do it. I said then just pop one barrette off of the other package and you don’t even need to run it through the register. Nope,‘can’t do it. These two ladies were totally enjoying being defiant. I will never go back there. If they continue treating customers this way, they will go out of business."

Everything was priced accordingly. Lady at the register was very kind. They honor our coupon and gave us some more for later use."
