"The customer service here was okay. The two young ladies who stuffed the bears were very nice, the cashier was just okay. No one spoke though when we first entered the store. It was extremely dark in the store like some of the lights were out. The birth certificate machine (all three of them) were down and people (visitors of employees in the store) were sitting at all of the stations. It was an okay experience because the two young ladies were really nice but I have come in previous years and it was much better. I unfortunately wouldn’t come back to this store though because it doesn’t seem like they get much attention from corporate. Wish I had gone to another store."

"I love this place and so does my son. I love especially when it's the pay your age. But now it's an online drawing. If your name gets picked then you're able to pay your age but if not unfortunately you can't ride next year. And I don't think everybody knows that if you're bear as a hole in it like where they Stitch it up at on the back of the beer you can go back and have it fixed for free. And even possibly stuff a little bit more if you want it a little bit firmer. I don't know maybe it's because of the location of Build-A-Bear Workshop but this place is perfect just in a weird location for me because I can't get there almost every month. It is kind of far from me."
