"The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they always have my size in stock. EVERY TIME I shop at this store, a particular young lady there always has an attitude as if she doesn’t want to be there. Sucking her teeth at customers, smart mouthing, making things more complicated than they need to be. I’d rather just order my shoes online and have them sent to my house than to patronize her store."

"BE CAREFUL !!!! a co worker purchased a pair of Shoes from this Store and they never got sent to the Store.. instead the shoes were sent to a Private address..He got the full runaround and finally called UPS and then he called Champs Customer service and finally got his Money Refunded . He and I Believe that there's some kinda Scam going on so Customer service is looking into the matter .... The Management at this store is Horrible and did nothing to Help my Co worker ....BE CAREFUL ALL !!!!!! DO NOT ORDER YOUR SHOES FROM THIS STORE IN THE EVENT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ONES YOU WANT IN STOCK....THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED.!!!!!!!!!!!"
"This location sucks. There is little to no help. The store was full of customers shopping for sneakers while one make employee was helping and 2 female employees just standing in the front of the store talking to each other. I just threw the sneaker I was going to purchase down and left. If I have to ask for service, then y'all don't need my business. I'll order my sneakers online from a different establishment. I will never return to this place and I'll be sure to tell my friends not to shop here either."
