"I recently witnessed a concerning situation at this establishment and felt it was important to share so other customers are aware. Another customer was treated poorly, and it left a negative impression on me. The staff should prioritize respectful and courteous communication for the customer that they were serving while being respectful of other customers in the establishment, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case. They were dismissive, combative, and rude and I was truly offended by how they were being treated. Save your money and go somewhere else since the staff here seems to lack empathy and respect."
"This store needs an upgrade, as well as the mall. JCP has dirty carpet and a dressing room that need to be revamped. No one is available to assist you, just one cashier. Quality and quantity of stock is lacking. It's a little better than a thift store, but closer to an outlet."
"Expert hair stylist Ms. Belinda did an outstanding job cutting and styling my hair. The atmosphere at J.C. Penney salon is very calm and welcoming; there is no loud music playing. It is a salon where you get the utmost care and attention. I like the professionalism of all stylists. Also, my appointment was at 1:00 pm and I only waited for 5 minutes. I will be rerturning for another service."
