"This store has a lot of nice clothes for women thats petite. I didnt see anything for me. A woman who has popped out 3 kids and my breast, thighs, and stomach are all over the place."
"My favorite WHBM location. Staff are helpful. Found me savings I didn't know about, quickly ordered my size online. Nice people!"
"Huge fan of their clothes. Every time I walk in there, I always find something that's fun and a little different and great quality. The ladies that work there are very knowledgeable and will give you just the right amount of attention that you want. They are not pushy but are right there if you need anything."
"Today around 4:30pm, My niece (age 12) and her cousins (ages 10-11) were trying to browse through the store as she was trying celebrate her 12th birthday. When the manager on duty came in and started screaming at the kids to leave the store. The yelling was so loud to the point that the mother was able to hear it from outside of the store. It was evident that the manager on duty saw a small group of minorities and attempted to kick them out. The racial discrimination my niece felt at the moment has completely ruined her birthday and has embarrassed her in front of her cousins. If the incident wasn’t enough, the manager claimed the children were harassing other customers. We have noted to the the manager that we fully intend on pursue legal action against the manager and the store. There is no place that this should ever be acceptable to any person, especially if it’s a child. Managers name: Laura Time of incident: December 7, 2019 around 4:30pm"
"I had a horrible experience in this store. Came in to purchase slacks and a nice shirt for work and was treated poorly and discriminated against. Due to this, I will NOT be returning nor support this store. Upon arrival, I got ignored by all 3 sales associates. No greeting or an offer to help me find what I was looking for. The sales associates even made eye contact with me while I was FOLLOWED in the store but they STILL AVOIDED ME. When I found what I wanted I headed towards the fitting room where Connie, a sales associate asked me what I was doing, instead of asking me if I needed help. After trying everything on I decided I only wanted to purchase the blouse, I proceeded on hanging everything back up and finding the rack designated for items not wanted. Connie said she'd take the items I did not want then asked me where was the blouse I had tried on because it wasn't with the other "not wanted" items. I told her it was in my hand because I was planning on purchasing. She rolled her eyes and said okay. The behavior displayed by these sales associates was disrespectful and incredibly discriminatory."
