"This is by far my favorite Coach store! All the associates here are friendly, but especially Greg. I purchased a bag back in December, and he assisted me through the process of paying for the bag in-store, but having the product shipped to my home. I recently visited the store again and he remembered me from last time! I’ve never felt pressured by Greg (or any associate) at this store to buy anything, but he takes his time with me and is very knowledgeable on the merchandise. He’s got a wonderful demeanor and makes the entire experience so pleasant from start to finish. I live about 40 minutes away from Columbia, but I still make the trip just to go to this Coach specifically. :)"

"2 stars based upon the attitudes of the customer service reps. Have you ever walked into a place and immediately felt uncomfortable? Well that's EXACTLY how I felt when I walked into this COACH store. I have been patronizing COACH for 30 years. I still own some of my original bags. However that night I was made to feel like I was unworthy to even look at the merchandise. My husband and daughter tried to get me to make a purchase because I saw something I liked but I could not spend my money in that store. It was the tall blonde rep who was rude, did not give her name, did not want to respond to questions asked and stood behind the register the entire time. The older rep was trying to sell me a gold purse strap, but the blonde one blurted out oh that costs $200. Anyway I left with nothing, but frustration."

"As much as I love coach. I was very disappointed to shop at this store in particular. I walked in to the store Saturday with a friend dressed hella casual (which shouldn’t have mattered) anyway I digress. When I walked in the store to look at the collection I noticed it was extremely hot. I jokingly referenced the obvious to Allison and I was greeted with a rude attitude. I let it slide. And continued shopping. Then I asked to look at a purse that was displayed on the top shelf. From the moment I asked to see the purse to the moment she handed it to me she rolled her eyes. I asked how much the purse was and joking stated it was outside my budget. To see her response. As suspected she cut me a look that communicated her disinterest in assisting me. I’m an Executive for a Organization in Virginia. I could have purchased the purse however her treatment made my shopping experience less than par. Allison judged me by my appearance and treated me accordingly. This is unacceptable. Each every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect no matter what outfit they adorn. Allison did not display that behavior. Her behavior was prejudice. To add insult to injury Courtney (her coworker)stood by with her head down and said nothing. This was my experience at Coach in Columbia Mall Saturday evening on November 20."

"I had a phenomenal buying experience at this Coach store with Stacy! I waited until the last minute to buy a Mother's Day present and came in looking for a tote bag that could fit a laptop & notebooks. Stacy was patient and showed me and my boyfriend a couple of different options. Once we decided on a bag, she informed us of a current special, with which we could get the tote and a wristlet for a great price. She took the time to carefully wrap & box both items; it was truly gorgeous packaging. I will definitely always come back to this Coach location in the future based on this experience with Stacy!"

"Coach is one of my favorite purse companies. Today, while in coach in Columbia mall; one of the staff members (who was a white) lady felt the need to watch my every move while I was in the store picking up bags to see what fit me and what I liked. It made me (A young black woman) obviously very uncomfortable and I no longer wanted to purchase anything from the store. There was no need for her to stand a few feet away from me and watch everything I was doing. Next time I will get her name and leave it in this review."
