"Absolutely horrible service. The rep showed signs they clearly did not want to be there. They brought the shoes out and pretty much threw them to me and gave no assistance with trying the shoes on for a 4year old. Then I asked for the rep to measure her foot and she kicked the device to us. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional every staff member needs customer service training, and I will be reaching out to their corporate office."

"Great sale today 3/26/23. Only two people working today. Not good the store was full of people. The young man who I was told by the assistant manager name was Xavier need to stay home his attitude was rude. His body language was pure laziness. When we walked in he was on his phone and clearly did not want to be interrupted. The assistant manager over worked. Jaline give her a raise. Lay him off!! Seriously unbelievable"
"Manager Sydney was very rude and unprofessional when I came in. If she doesn’t like her job, then she should simply quit. I don’t understand why asking simple questions to buy shoes gets her so frustrated. As a customer I felt like a bother so I ended up not buying anything. Please re-train her in customer service so she doesn’t stray away customers in the future."
