"I stopped in 5/15/2021 the girl with the partially dyed hair and the other person, I think his name was Ethan were very nice. They both seemed generally enthusiastic to help and were great customer service."
"The girl Adriana is great. The manager understaffed the place and didn't provide the staff with the proper tools to build a custom skateboard. I bought two custom boards for my kids and the tools that they gave her were not proper. It was NOT her fault but management for not properly training and not having the need tools to fix it when it was stuck. I had to go to my car to get my tools otherwise my close to $300 purchase would've been returned and my kids, disappointed. Staff was nice so I gave 3 stars."
"Amazing place! The staff are so friendly and can help you with anything. So don’t be afraid to ask. They have a skate shop for building and fixing skateboards. The skate shop is very good! They sell high quality skateboard parts and experienced staff who know their stuff. They also sell awesome skateboard shoes and clothes. If you skateboard (Or snowboard) they have everything you need in one place. Great store to stop by in the mall!"
"The customer service is wonderful. All the staff is so friendly especially Eugene. He’s sooo dreamy. The one reason I shop at zumiez because of him. I buy all the thrasher clothes but I don’t even skate. I recommend this place to shop. 10/10"
"Let me start out by saying, I absolutely love Zumiez in general. However, if you plan on going into this store, be prepared to be overwhelmed by the sales associates. I went in looking for a backpack with my husband and at first all the associates were really nice but then I started to feel like shark bait. I had one associate follow us around the whole time and intermittently had others check in on us as well. The only decent part of my experience in here was paying for my backpack and leaving. It's really unfortunate, but I won't be returning to this specific store."
