"I’ve been through a lot with my feet the past few years and it can be very stressful for me to shoe shop. Because I now have plantar fasciitis my doctor gave me new shoe recommendations. I came here to find a pair and was relieved to work with a caring associate. Jack listened to me and then explained the shoe options to me but the information was not overwhelming. He let me sit while he brought out shoes and helped me try them on and test them. It was so peaceful to be in the hands of a capable associate instead of me stressing about what I needed to find. Thank you so very much for your patience and assistance. It was overall a wonderful experience and a relief to find new shoes."
"Oh my goodness. What an awesome experience! I needed expert advice regarding the right shoe for sprints and running stairs outside with some less than youthful knees. My sales rep knew exactly which options to offer. I tried on ip to four paurs of shoes of which he had intimate knowledge of each shoe. We engaged in further discussion about my needs. He strongly emcouraged me to test run outside. When I was done, I knew my choice was correct. Unlike with some retail experiences, my sales rep did not intentionally steer me towards the most expensive brands. I stead he guided me towards what I needed. As it turned out, my sales rep was the owner of the store. Local ownership means so much to me. Thanks Feet First !!!"

The customer service is great, they measure your feet, and I had the option to try on several pairs of shoes until I found the perfect fit. I've had these shoes for over 2 years as you can tell from the photo but they feel as if I brought them yesterday."
"Very friendly staff and great variety of shoes. My husband and I got one on one help from a store member. She fit us for shoes, determined our pressure points and recommended several different shoes for running. She was very patient the entire time and recommended various running groups to get involved in. Would highly recommend this location for runners from beginners to seasoned runners."
