"I absolutely love this boutique. Their selections are lovely, unique and creative! Esther and Aleah spent so much time with me to find a special outfit. So much patience and personal attention. Could not recommend this place more."

"I was so disappointed! I bought an adorable Mother sweater at Evoluxxy. I had tried it on in the store and it was great. I went to wear it a few weeks later and tried to take off the tag that was safety pinned to the sweater. The weave of the sweater got caught in the rounded part of the safety pin. When I brought the sweater back in to exchange or return it, the store did not have the same size available for exchange. The employee would not accept a return because it was 6 days past the 14 day return window. The issue with the safety pin, in my opinion, made the product defective. The extreme black-and-white application of the return policy was ridiculous. I understand that Evoluxxy is a small business but because they are a small business they should have taken it back, refunded the money, and dealt with the manufacturer who had applied the tag. I ended up doing just that and am happily wearing a new sweater thanks to Mother. I tried to shop local but because of the very bad customer service experience, I will not shop at Evoluxxy again."

"I walked into this store and quickly noticed the only sizes on the floor were extra-smalls, smalls and a few mediums. I asked the sales associate if there were any larges. She responded we have some larges but keep our larger sizes in the back and not on the sales floor. I was and am appalled by this and quickly told the sales associate that this is unacceptable and left. I encourage others to not tolerate this kind of size/body discrimination in clothing stores and to not shop at these retailers until they change their policies to be size inclusive."

"I ordered two pairs of Agolde jeans from Evoluxxy, one for my sister and one for myself. I sent them initially to the same address but needed to switch my sister’s pair because she decided to go back to college early and I wanted them to get to her in time for her birthday. I emailed the company and an employee there, Amanda, was so helpful and responsive. She responded to my emails quickly and was understanding of all the change and all pairs of jeans ended up in the right place! I was SO happy with Amanda’s service, I will definitely be ordering for Evoluxxy again."
