"This locatin in MD, had great employees! So nice, helpful and weren't overely chatter. (Meaning they were there if you needed them and not following you around the store) As for the company itself, they have become outrageously expensive. The tops are not the best quality and the material is scratchy. The bras may come in different styles but the cup material is too much. They are heavy and bulky. The control under garments always seem to roll (I've tries 3 sizes of the underwear and they all rolled down. ) (that nearly $100.00 right there) I just can't afford LB and Cacique. There are higher quality, less expensive and more fashionable options out there"

"The location in the Hartford Mall area is terrible when it comes to customer service!! I was the only person in store and BOTH employees saw me and never even said hello! I purposely wandered around the store for nearly 10 minutes and NOTHING. Too bad because I really liked the black leather jacket that was $129... but I'll order online now."

"I decided to drive and go to this Lane Bryant store for a change. Well I have no regrets from the time I stepped into the store I was greeted by a wonderful lady her name is Yvette. She assisted me in finding what I went to look for and was very kind and courteous. I wish all Lane Bryant had such nice people working at other locations."

"I went in today to pick up an order and purchase at least two more bras. My rep was Hope and she was extremely helpful. She noticed my current bra was tight, sized me and I ended up purchasing 8 bras (on sale) in a bigger size and 10 panties. Hope went out of her way to do a bra fitting and had me try on different bra styles to get out of my comfort zone. I'm excited to have a little more comfort in my day to day."
