"We are new lacrosse parents. They have always provided us options and explained the differences between the gear and left it to us to choose. If you are new to lacrosse I would recommend checking them out. The prices are the same or comparable to the big box stores, but the staff seem to have a better knowledge of the equipment. They know the sport verses getting lucky at a big box store with an employee that knows the game. Perfect example, while one employee strung my sons throat guard for us the other gave him some goalie training drills."

"We are so fortunate to have a Lacrosse Unlimited in our backyard. From buying my son‘s initial lacrosse gear back in 2018 until now, the staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. It‘s an added bonus when the manager, Chris, is working. My son is a goalie, so we’ve needed his advice on the new chest protectors required for goalies and making sure the throat protector was attached to my son’s helmet properly. He initially attached the throat protector, fixed it after the strings loosened over time from wear and tear, re-attached it to my son’s new club helmet, and he just did a repair for us this past Saturday when a part on the middle throat protector strap fell off. We were also thankful that he helped us out when my son needed to adjust his new club helmet so that it fit properly. We even have friends who drive down from Delaware to go to Lacrosse Unlimited Bel Air because they don’t have any local specialized lacrosse stores. If you have any lacrosse needs, Chris, the manager, will make sure to answer your questions and get you what you need."

"Will never go back to this store. The manager made a poor decision by not honoring a price tag that was clear on the wall and clear on all five of the items that were on the wall. The item was clearly marked on the wall and on the item as $69.99 but when they went to ring it up the item was $89.99 at this point I'm already over $300 so obviously it wasn't about the money it's about business and right is right. The manager should have honered the $69.99 price tag but didn't. This $20 issue will cost this store over $1000 as they have lost my business. I will never walk in here again. Truly sad, poor management decision. I would give this store a zero but you can't post without listing a star. I will say the gentleman that waited on us was very nice and knowledgeable, take your skills and excellent customer service skills somewhere else because it's evident your manager is failing the staff and the customers."
