"The new store is nice, clean, and has lots of help throughout. Prices are very high and not good sales."
"They left a tag on my kids backpack. Brought it in and immediately went to the front to get it taken off. An associate snatched the remover away after being told by her manager not to remove it without showing proof. The manager who literally watched me walk in with it and didn’t do anything to help. They were rude and useless. It’s been used, full of books from school, and I’m on camera walking in with it… they went through all my stuff in there trying to find a sku to look it up which was invasive. Never once been treated like a thief but the manager decided to change that. He obviously has no idea how to treat customers and deserves to lose his job."
"I was very excited to go to the new, bigger and improved store. When I got there I was very pleased by what a saw. A large, well lit spaced out store. Until I walked through. More shoes than DSW, a putting green, bating cage, driving range. This is all great, if you are a parent taking your kids to get their high school gear. Bikes, Kayaks, all all mail order. Why orders a bike on line for their kid? I understands with all the world stresses, no guns, but the fishing section is about the size of a small dining room, I didn’t see any out door clothing, boots, not even a sleeping bag or any camping supplies. I am ski disappointed to see they have replaced many of their mends clothing lines with DSG Gear. Aka- their house brand. I will give them one more look as we get colder, but as of right now I have no reason to step foot in the store again."
"I’ve made a few purchases since they changed locations. Everyone there is friendly. Although for the most part I’ve dealt with the exercise/weightlifting section, and the guys I have dealt with have been extremely cordial, attentive, and all around the best customer service employees that I have dealt with in a long time. Thank you and keep up the good work!"
"First of all “NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN” boycotting this store. They were not very great at they’re jobs and everything is so much more expensive then it needs to be. I would rather go to “Play it again sports” then go to this shop again."
