"Great customer service. I ordered a size not in stock without realizing I had an old address on file. When I went in to ask about order and the manager saw that, she immediately corrected it and sent me another pair without any hesitation. It's difficult to find outstanding customer service these days, and it goes a long way. Got my jeans, they fit great and I'm very appreciative of the staff helping me!"
"Don’t ship anything online to this store. They’ve sold 1 of my items and others take 3-4 days to get processed. No sense of urgency. Poor customer service."
"You probably don't wanna shop here unless you're pretty slim tbh, I got two pairs of pants and I would normally get sizes 16-18 but I noticed the sizes were a bit off so I got 30's and they still didn't fit. Other then that the service was great but I'll be returning the pants."
"So I had a little situation with not being able to get a shirt, however I called a store about 2 hours away from me to get the shirt. They provided me with the shirt with the exception to send it to my store near me. Harford mall thankfully accepted the shipment with my hold. Gave me a call saying my shirt was there, and I came the next morning. The staff recognized my name and went to the back to get my shirt. I'm glad they knew not to put it on the floor. I'll admit I was nervous about that. I can't thank everyone enough for getting this shirt to me in a emergency notice. I'll be sure to shop there again soon."
"I do not normally shop in AE, I thought they didnt have anything that would be flattering to my shape. I am a short curvy woman and let me tell you, the highest waist jeggings are amazing. I got a 14 regular, I like the length and the amount of stretch, they also are high waist so they hide my pouch which is a plus. They're my new go to for jeans but they can be a bit pricey! You can order online and ship them to your home or to the store. I shipped my order to the store and pick up was easy. There was no line and the young lady went to the back and brought them up bagged and ready to go. I said this was easy and she said yep that's it. You're all set!"
