"a bad experience, they need patient and friendly staff they sell children's shoes so it is necessary to take the children to the store and measure them. They seemed to be bothered by their presence .. when I asked them to check if they had a shoe size for one one of them their response was "if you saw the numbers, that's all we have" without bothering to search and in a very rude way..."

"This company needs to invest in teaching their employees what customer service is and the importance of it. Clearly u can just “clerk” there and not “take care of the customer” I will never ever go in to the Bel Air store ever again. I have never felt so unwelcome by the manager and I spent the money for shoes for my family at another establishment across the street"

"This place inflates their prices then advertises a BOGO half off deal. Don't fall for it!!! Half the inventory is excluded but they don't tell you that. A few things have a warning that they are excluded from the sale. I got to the register and they tried pulling one over so I had to say never mind. The store in the mall has better prices and better selection. I would never recommend this store to anyone!!"

"I purchased light-up Skechers at our store here, in Florida, for my two-year old granddaughter (residing in Maryland) as a Christmas gift . Well, as any parent can attest, she experienced a "growth spurt". From the previous GREAT customer service my husband and I have ALWAYS received here, I told my daughter to just take them back and exchange them for a larger size-- since she absolutely loved them! Well, my daughter called the nearest store (Bel Air) and spoke with the Store Manager, Victoria, who told her over the phone, it would not be a problem to exchange, just bring them in--- that is... until my daughter arrived. She then was told she would have to have "the box" for an exchange or the receipt! After driving 20-30 minutes to THIS store, THIS store manager (Victoria) also told my daughter, I would not be able to send a pic of the receipt, but that SHE would need to have it, in hand to make the exchange. What????!!? What could have possibly changed from the time the call was made, to the time my daughter arrived with the unworn baby shoes? Absolutely nothing, except Victoria's perception of whom she was speaking to. You were correct, when you thought you were speaking to a young, intelligent, concerned mother, who just wanted to REPLACE her child's shoes (that Nanna BOUGHT and she absolutely loved) with a size that would not hurt her feet! Is that NOT what you saw when she arrived? The customer, the problem-- did not change... only Victoria's attitude."
