"POOR BUSINESS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM BUSINESS OWNERS ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ETC SELLS USED DEFECTIVE AND WORN ITEMS WHILE CHARGING YOU FOR RETURN LABELS AND RESTOCKING FEES ON CLOTHES POSTED AS NEW BUT THEN SENDS YOU RETURNED AND USED ITEMS WHILE KEEPING YOUR MONEY . THEY DON’T RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS THATS’S CRIMINAL I’VE EMAILED THEM AND SAT ON THE FOR FOR HOURS WITH NO RESPONSE YET THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY . THAT’S THEFT I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB THATS FOR SURE .I PRAY OTHER CUSTOMERS WON’T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS MESS I LEFT MY PHONE NUMBER AND MY EMAIL SEVERAL TIMES REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO A OWNER, DISTRACT MANAGER ,AREA MANAGER ETC TO GET AN EXPLANATION TO WHY THEY ARE SELLING AND SHIPPING USED WORN DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND NOT REFUNDING THE MONEY AT THE FULL PRICE PAID AND WHY IS IT STILL HAPPENING SHOPPING ON LINE IS A HEADACHE AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING MISSING BUTTONS, STAINED AND TORN CLOTHES ETC"

"I had never been to this store before . I decided to come here for the first time searching for a nice birthday outfit, and I was pleasantly surprised! When I came in me and my sister were greeted by a nice stylist named Dominique she was so amazing! she got me set up in a dressing room and even left a couple of suggestions for me to try on! her and the other ladies were so amazing everytime I came out of the dressing room they were so nice and encouraging the whole time I was here . Unfortunately I didn’t find my birthday outfit here but I will be returning just because the service was so amazing ! please visit this location if you’re looking for quality customer service ."

"I've visited this store with my daughter twice. I truly hope that the owner or manager reads this post. The staff in this store should be fired! There were at least 5 associates working on both occasions that we went to the store. NOT ONCE WERE WE ACKNOWLEDGED OR ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP FINDING ANYTHING! They would look at us and walk right past us without a word! It was done because we did not "look the part"! Because we did not look like we would spend a lot of money, we were snubbed! There's no excuse for rudeness. This store caters to young women of college student age. The staff chased the women who were young and had a certain look: ghetto fabulous. The staff was all over the ratchet customers and the girls that looked like they were trying to be Instagram models. My daughter and I were dresses plainly in jeans and tee shirts, with no makeup. In the eyes of the staff, we were "non-factors". I had given my daughter a budget of $500 as a gift for making the Dean's list a Towson University. We won't return to the store. I refuse to spend my money in a store that has unpleasant, unprofessional staff! It felt like the "Pretty Woman" scene when Julia Roberts went shopping, and the sales associate refused to assist her. The customer that spends $5 should be treated the same as the customer who spends $500. NO EXCUSES."

"I went into the store two Saturdays ago looking for a dress to wear to a Gala my job was having that evening at Martin’s West in Baltimore County, Maryland. I knew they was having a sale. I searched and found this beautiful dress. I was so happy because I didn’t want to wear what I had. Your associate, Malala was outstanding! Not sure if I spelled her name correct. Even with all the traffic in the store it was neat and clean. It is so hard to maintain clearance racks but even the clearance racks was organized. Your cashiers kept the line moving and were friendly. Thank you for your continuing outstanding service and product line. I want to let you know I am 53 years young. Even at my age, your store has items that make me feel beautiful and vibrant. Thanks again!"
