However, they were not helpful at all. They refused to assist me in any way, even though I wasn't interested in getting my money back. I'm extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I would not recommend this store that sells broken stuff."

"It's a headshop. Prices are as expected. Product quality is as expected. Selection is quite good. Friendly staff. I've been dozens of times, no complaints. McLean aristocrats will complain about anything....probably cranky going through nicotine withdrawal."

"Dishonest and shady. I went to the store a few times and spoke with an owner. I bought my cigars and left, with no problems. Following this, another Yemeni fellow wearing a turban of some kind was manning the desk. I went to buy my usual two cigars. The Yemeni fellow rang me up and I put in my card. I out of habit, asked for my receipt. At this the Turbanned Yemeni guy grew uncomfortable and accused me of yelling at him. It struck me as odd but I was able to get my receipt with my purchase. Sensing something was up I checked my receipt on my arrival home to discover he had charged me for three cigars instead of two. I returned and confronted the fellow about this. He grew even more evasive but ultimately agreed to pay me the cash equivalent of the money that I was overcharged. I can say I will not return here and will go to the Havana Club nearby instead."
