"I went the store in Germantown two days ago. I wasn’t informed about vapes/ liquor for the vape and policy. I do 24 mg and didn’t know that one i purchase my 50mg. I didn’t leave the store and wanted to exchange and wasn’t able too.. the employee told me oh I thought u knew and been here before .I ask him how when I ask if u had liquid for vapes and what kinds. I told him I never been to the store.. Customer service was horrible. Never will I come purchase anything again. A waste of 40 dollars.. y’all should train ur employees better.."

"I just bought this about 20 mins. ago. It expires December 2021. I phoned Avail Vapor in Germantown to tell them and to see if I could exchange it for another one and I was told that I have 3 months left before it expires!! I will NEVER buy anything from there again! Very poor customer service!!! 52.00 down the drain. I will never be able to use it all by the end of December 2021!!! Sad, sad sad!!!!"

Special shout-out to Justin for greatly helping me through my vaping journey and getting me familiar with the world of vaping! Staff - Great customer service - Super kind and eager to help - Very knowledgeable about vaping products Store - super slick and customer-friendly layout - great location (in a good shopping center) - prices are definitely competitive with what you'd similarly find online (they don't seem to have crazy high markups) the prices are very respectable and fair Products - while not having the catalog of an online store (obviously), they tend to carry very well known and trial tested vaping devices (ie the caliburn G and Aegis X) - they have a wide array of flavors + nic levels juices of which I'm more than sure you'll find something for the taste your seeking While I could write a boat load more about AVAIL I'm going to spare you the tax of reading more and just say that I'm very pleased with my experience at this AVAIL location and highly recommend you give them a try. "My first time getting a refill at this store was an amazing experience! The lady who helped me pick out flavors was very knowledgeable and best customer service experience I've had for a while. I went back for the second time and she help me pick out a new pod and a new flavor refill, I am more that satisfied with her choice and recommendation. I love my VAPRESSO Target PM 80!!! Kudos to her and her team.... Thank God I found the Best store in my area. Most definitely recommend this store."
