"I love the gentlemen worker who greets everyone when coming in and out of the store. I have a huge problem with the self checkout employees, specifically one person. They are extremely pressed to find people who are not scanning all their items. So much so that they will stop you from leaving, take your receipt and look through all your groceries to see if you scanned them all. I dont want to feel like Im being stared down or profiled simply for scanning my items. It makes me not even want to come here its extremely uncomfortable. This is the only giant in the area that does this. No other giant is scoping you out making sure you scanned all your items. Let people shop in peace."

"Horrible customer service! Tried to buy Lactaid and saw the price where it was displayed showed $5.29, when checking out, it rang up as $6.79. Let the cashier know the price was wrong, showed them this same picture and they had to go check the price. Another customer service person informed me that the price was listed for butter, not milk. So now it’s my problem they have items on display with incorrect prices/descriptions. At least they could have honored the price and fixed it later, but nope. Told me it was $6.79 if I wanted it."
